- Brought Northern Virginia’s First-ever In-person Expungement Clinic to Dumfries
- Championed the First Open data Portal to provide easy access to local data and information about the town
- Initiated Police Reform in Dumfries
- Improved Economic development in Dumfries - nearly 1 billion investment in Dumfries over four years
- Increased employment opportunities in Dumfries
- Increased voting registration and participation in Dumfries
- Provided workforce readiness resources to Dumfries residents
- Provided food resources to the community to fight food insecurity during COVID
- Secured funding for Route 1 widening
- Increased overall revenues by 55% from FY19 to FY2023
- Provided tax relief to our residents - approved a tax abatement for June 2022 Real Estate billing
- Invested in our Town staff - with an 8% market rate adjustment for most positions, 100% employer-funded healthcare for employees and families; the ONLY local government in VA with such benefit
